A sermon through 1 Peter 3:19-22
Jesus descends into Hades and preaches to the spirits in prison.
When does this happen?, Who are the spirits?, What does he proclaim? and why did Peter include this in his letter on suffering well for the glory of God?
All of these questions matter!
Peter then springboards from Christ's Proclamation to using Noah's ark as a typology of believer's baptism to paint a beautiful picture of the salvation that comes only through belief in Jesus.
