Dear Clear Lake Baptist Church Family,
I hope this letter finds you well and joyful in the Lord. I am writing to share some incredibly exciting news that demonstrates how God continues to work in and through our congregation as we pursue our mission of Making and Equipping More Disciples.
As many of you know, we have been blessed with growth that has stretched the capacity of our current building. In response to this wonderful challenge, we launched our "Immeasurably More" Capital Campaign. Today, I am thrilled to announce that God has indeed done immeasurably more than we could have asked or imagined, as our theme verse
Ephesians 3:20-21 reminds us:
"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
Through His providence and your faithful stewardship, we have entered into a contract with Agape Family Church to purchase their building for $250,000 along with our current building. This new facility has the potential to provide the space we need to continue accomplishing our mission, allowing us to reach more people, disciple more believers, and expand our ministries in ways we've only dreamed of until now.
As we move forward in faith, we have some important next steps:
This new building is not just about bricks and mortar; it's about expanding our capacity to fulfill the Great Commission. It's about creating more space for people to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and be equipped to serve. It's about saying "yes" to the immeasurably more that God has in store for us.
As your pastor, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for your faithfulness to our church and to the mission God has given us. Your dedication, generosity, and passion for Christ's kingdom continue to encourage me daily.
I am earnestly praying for each of you as we embark on this new chapter together. May we move forward in unity, faith, and excitement for all that God will do through us in this new season.

- We ask that you prayerfully consider your commitment to this vision. Please return your completed Immeasurably More commitment cards tomorrow, Sunday, October 19. This will allow us to prepare the final numbers to present to the church family.
- A business meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 23, where we will present the details of this exciting transition and hold a member’s vote to accept the offer and move forward. We ask that all active members make it a priory to attend this crucial meeting.
- We also want to invite everyone who is part of our church family, members and regular attendees alike, to join us for this meeting. It's an opportunity for all of us to rejoice in what God is doing and also walk through the details of this significant step in our church's journey together.
