Our pastors provide guidance and encouragement through faithful teaching and Christ-centered example, while our members joyfully share in the responsibility of making decisions together. We believe God has called both our leaders and our congregation to walk in unity, seeking His direction as one church family.

Meet Our Pastors

Jason Reynolds, Lead Pastor

Jason Reynolds grew up in a pastor’s home, where he learned that ministry isn’t just something you do—it’s who you are. His time at Bible college deepened his love for God’s Word (and introduced him to Amy, who stole his heart on day one). A decade in real estate shaped his passion for reaching people in the everyday moments of life, and ten years in camp ministry ignited a burden for strengthening and revitalizing local churches.
All of these experiences shape the way Jason pastors today
—with a heart for truth, a love for people, and a passion for equipping the church to make more disciples.
In 2021, God brought Jason and Amy to Clear Lake Baptist Church, where they are fully invested in reaching North Iowa and beyond with the gospel.
When he’s not at church, you’ll probably find him out fishing on the lake, hiking in the woods, or cheering at a local ballgames.  But wherever he is, his greatest joy is seeing lives transformed by Jesus!
